In the past 5 years I have been responsible to convert the factories to ink jet technology from previous rotocolor technics..     • Restructuring strategy, logistics and operations redefinition for a Dutch retailing chain operating all over Latin America.
    • Director in charge of a productivity improvement project for a soft drink plant owned by the largest consumer product company in Venezuela,
    • Identifying market opportunities for a malleable iron plant in Monterrey, Mexico.
    • Development of the strategy and organization and complete the valuation of one of the major construction companies in Argentina,
    • Director in charge of a distribution improvement process for the largest newspaper in Venezuela.

    Executive Vicepresident of Maquinarias Aco a company owned by Grupo ACO dedicated to commercializing heavy machinery, with exclusive representation of leading brands such as John Deer, Bomag, Hyster, Grove, and others. As Executive Vicepresident of Maquinarias ACO I was responsible of the whole operation with 12 agencies throughout Venezuela and a sales goal of 30 million US$. The main goal was to restructure the company.

    Total responsibility over a group of 10 companies dedicated to manufacture valves for the oil industry including administration and finances, strategic planning, operations, human resources, marketing and sales, government relations, globalization of the group that by 1994 has operations in USA, SPAIN, CZECH REPUBLIC, COLOMBIA, and CURAZAO.

    Vice-president General Director ACERVEN (Groups’ foundry) 1985 -1990 Complete responsibility for the operation of the foundry reporting to the CEO. Responsibilities included all the aspects of running the operation but finances that were handled at Grupo CNV.

    Operations Vice-president for Grupo CNV 1981 - 1985. Responsibilities for all the plants over the operation aspects such as: production, quality assurance, human resources, materials, budgeting and planning.

    Plant Manager CNV (Groups’ valve making operation) 1980 - 1981. Responsibility over the machining operation of the group including production, quality assurance, materials, human resources and some accounting. Emphasis on modernizing the facilities to state of the art CNC equipment and quality improvement to penetrate the oil industry market
